The medical landscape is rapidly changing making it difficult in the current private practice setting to provide the high quality of care that my patients deserve. As outside forces alter the physician-patient relationship in an increasingly complex healthcare system, the personalized face-to-face time between patients and their physicians is being eroded. This problem will only worsen as a greater number of patients seek out care from a decreasing number of doctors.
Having a close relationship with a physician, with easy access and communication has been shown to enhance a person's ability to control their health. I value and recognize the importance of this relationship with you and your family. This extra time will allow me to develop that important link in your treatment and care goals.
To provide the highest quality of care with attentive service, an annual membership fee covers the time needed to nurture this relationship and to address additional services not covered by insurance. This allows me to devote more time and attention to each patient.

Direct availability to me through cell phone, text, and email throughout the year. You will have my cell phone and email.
Unhurried office visits are a priority. We believe in taking the time to address all of your concerns without the insurance reimbursement requirements. Our focus is on providing you with the best care possible.
Same or next-day appointments, as well as a collaborative, personalized approach to improving and maintaining your optimal health.
Prompt prescription renewals and direct follow-up on labs and test results.

Here’s how it works.
There is an option to pay quarterly or annually through a debit or a credit card. I encourage you to talk to your tax advisor or employer to confirm whether some of our private fee services provided may be tax deductible and/or reimbursed through your HSA/FSA account. Membership is not an insurance plan, so it is advisable to maintain your health insurance coverage. Membership fees are per individual.
